The Underground Movement is a strength and conditioning gym designed to package science-based training into easy-to-access group fitness and personal training. We don’t do random workouts; we program in 12 week training block that are broken up in three 4 week cycles. Starting with high volume hypertrophy training – moving into lower rep strength training.

Through this training style, our members progressively get stronger, leaner, and healthier in a measurable way. We then complete testing to demonstrate development to the participants. This model creates a one-stop shop with members in their 70’s seeing results and teens seeing results that keep improving.

Group Training

With a reduced capacity in sessions to focus on better individual service delivery and class flow.

Sessions focus on strength to allow further volume to strength training members.

We’ve also got 2 FOUNDATION sessions per week to help new members build their skills in slower, technique focused sessions.  

Semi Private

Semi Private Training involves a fully customised and individualised training program to your specific needs and your training goals to ensure you are progressing towards your desired training outcomes.

Performed in a small group, creating a unique coaching and training environment. If you want to maximise the time you spend in the gym working towards a specific goal this is the program for you.
